Salesforce Certified AI Associate
Earning this certification will confirm basic skills in the responsible use of artificial intelligence. It is designed for both those with a basic knowledge of AI and those with more experience, regardless of whether they specialise in the business or technical area. The AI Associate exam focuses on the fundamentals and capabilities of artificial intelligence in CRM.
Exam details:
- the exam consists of 40 multiple choice questions,
- the duration of the exam is 70 minutes,
- a minimum of 65% correct answers is required to pass,
- the fee for the first attempt at the exam is USD 75 (plus VAT),
- no fee for retaking the exam,
- possibility to take the exam online and in an examination centre,
- no entry requirements.
Salesforce AI Specialist
This certification validates the practical ability to use and implement generative artificial intelligence in Salesforce. It is designed for Salesforce administrators, developers and architects who implement off-the-shelf AI features and extend them using Copilot Builder, Prompt Builder and Model Builder.
Exam details:
- The exam consists of 60 multiple choice questions,
- the duration of the examination is 105 minutes,
- a minimum of 73% correct answers is required to pass,
- the fee for the first attempt at the exam is USD 200 (plus VAT),
- the fee for retaking the exam is USD 100 (plus VAT),
- you can take the exam online and at an examination centre,
- no entry requirements.
