This year’s edition of Dreamforce will take place from September 12-15 and, as every year, will be held in San Francisco. Like last time, it will be possible to follow it completely for free through the Salesforce+ platform. The event is heralded as the biggest AI event of the year.

For those who want to convince their supervisor that they should attend an event, Salesforce has prepared a special message template. Among other things, we’ll learn that 93% of Dreamforce participants learned something that helped them solve a business challenge and something that helped them increase productivity or save time. 90% of participants learned about solutions or tools that can help them better engage and/or connect with customers, and 89% discovered a new helpful tool or product. This data comes from Salesforce’s 2023 survey of 2,537 Dreamforce 2022 participants.
